About me
Hello again! My name is Niels Brandhorst. I live in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and work at IKEA as a Senior Design System Designer. Before, I worked at Humanoids; a digital agency through which I worked for Port of Rotterdam, Hike One, eBay - Marktplaats, Qutech, Rijkswaterstaat, Brenger, and most recently at ABN AMRO on Design Systems.
I've always loved picking apart products to learn how they work. Complex products still make me happy, and I enjoy documenting those products in Design Systems. I often find myself making UI animations in design, tinkering with smart home automation or performing the occasional DIY home improvement. In my free time I love to go climbing.
You can reach me by Email or LinkedIn. Don’t hesitate to get in touch! 🚀
